   – In most cases, with sufficient photographic evidence, we may replace the product and allow you to keep the original damaged product.

3. **Non-Refundable Situations:**

   – Products that are returned after one week of delivery.

   – Products that are not in their original packaging, unless they are damaged or defective.

   – Any item not purchased directly from Marz Nutrition

4. **Refund Process:**
