In 2014 it was reformulated to include additional Vitamin D, increased levels of Vitamin B-12 as the activated form methylcobalamin, additional Vitamin K as MK-7. Recent research has shown Vitamin K to be critical for proper bone formation. Additional strontium, a trace element involved in maximizing bone formation and activated folic acid as MTHF. Recent research has shown that many people have problems converting folic acid into this active form. WARNING: Omnivite contains Vitamin K, which interferes with the prescription drugs Coumadin® and Warfarin. Do not take Omnivite if taking either of these medications.
